At SnackMe Nutrition, we strive to deliver the highest-quality products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or missing from your order.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
If the payment was made via COD, our team will contact you for bank details to process a transfer.

4. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement product of equal value, depending on availability. Replacements will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Free gifts or promotional items

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
